Add Data / Import; Auto-Cataloging
You can import data from text, spreadsheets, and xml files. You can import records to the currently opened table. New records will be appended (merge). Review import help topics.
Web auto-search and auto-cataloging allows you to create entries automatically from the Internet. For example, you can search books by the ISBN number and movies by the UPC code. Auto-cataloging is supported in some organizer advantage solutions: example Book Organizer Advantage (use ISBN number to search Library Of Congress, save results into the Advantage Solution).
