About the Author
Seawall Menzel is a retired US Army Colonel and a professor of political science at the Florida International and Florida Atlantic Universities. He teaches in the fields of Latin American politics and US national security and first
became interested in collecting coins while exploring the ruins of the Spanish colonial port town of Portobello, Panama.
