Question/Topic: Artist Software, Databases.

On the File menu, click Load Database, databases listed in the Artist Database Management System are :

database name	note
_ReadMe1st	includes help topics
Artworks	Enter information about all artwork items.
Patrons	Enter all your contacts (patrons, galleries, exhibitions, suppliers, ...).
Exhibitions	Enter exhibitions data (name, address, opening/closing dates, ...)
Sales	Enter artwork sales, print receipt/invoice documents. Enter payments.
Tr_ArtWorksSold	entries to this database are created/modified automatically when the sale transaction is created; create sale transaction in the Sales database
Tr_Payments	entries to this database are created/modified automatically when the payment information is entered; enter payment information in the Sales database (select sale transaction, click payments tab, use Payments table)
Tr_Expenses	entries to this database are created/modified automatically when the expense information is entered; enter expense information in the Artworks database (select item, click expenses tab, use Expenses table)
Tr_Selections	entries to this database are created/modified automatically when the artwork is selected for an exhibition; enter artwork/exhibition information in the Artworks database (select item, click exhibitions tab, use Exhibition table)

Notes:

• enter and/or modify data in 4 databases: Artworks, Patrons, Sales, Exhibitions.
• enter costs/expenses in the Artworks database.
• enter payments in the Sales database.
• enter artwork/exhibition selection in the Artworks database.
