How to change the order of records in a database?

To change the order in which records are displayed (and printed):

  1. On the Advanced menu click Sort.
  2. On the Tool Bar (advanced section), click Sort.
  3. On the Primary and Secondary sort buttons click with the right mouse button and select the sort fields from the display menu.
