How to change or delete items in drop-down lists?The easiest way to change, add, or delete list items is to click on the drop-down list with the right mouse button and select Edit List... from the displayed menu. Edit lists : this function can be used to edit lists accessible through Combo Boxes in the Details Page. It is easier to access this function from combo box Popup Menus.
