On the File menu, click Load Database, databases listed in the Purchase Order Database Management System are :

| Z_OrderedItems | Entries to this database are created automatically when items are added to a purchase order. |
| Z_PO_Old | Archive of old purchase orders (optional). Old purchase orders you can move to this database. |
