The file size is not important. There is a limit on the number of records but since it is a 32-bit number you will never reach it (it is over 2 billion). The practical limit is determined by the amount of free space on your hard disk and by the speed of your hardware (PCs and network). We have tested the software with up to 100,000 records. If you need more you will have to test it on your computer/network.
