Question/Topic: moving records (item)

  • open equipment database
  • select record that is lost, sold, ...

 

  • on the Record menu click Move Record to Another DB
  • in the Move Records window select the destination database (target database)
  • in this case select Z_OLDEquipment
  • click OK, the record will be moved to a destination database
  • record will be deleted from the Equipment database
  • open OLD Equipment database
  • change the status field accordingly, to sold, lost, ...
  • enter notes into notes fields
