How to create a list of cars for sale in HTML form?
Car dealers or car salespeople who want to create html page with car listings (html car index page).
Step 1
On the Print menu click All Record and then click Print Customized Documents.
Step 2
Click on the Available HTML Templates and select car_all_listings.htm. Also Select Print All Records option.
Step 3
Data fields from the Car database replace keywords in the car_all_listings.htm file and result is displayed in the browser.
Click with the right mouse button on the customized report display and select View Source command. Copy and paste html code to your Web page.
Important: Images have to be stored in the C:\YOUR_CAR_SOFTWARE\DATA\GRAPHIC folder.
In your database enter the image file name into IMAGEFILE field. Just the image name, path to your car image is not required.
On your Web site hosting system create two folders:
GRAPHIC - upload car image files here (from C:\YOUR_CAR_SOFTWARE\DATA\GRAPHIC folder)
LISTINGS - upload car web pages here.
