Database Designer
You can start using database solution with the database templates included in the software package. If the template already created is not exactly what you are looking for you can easily create a new one with database Designer. With Organizer Deluxe or Organizer Pro a non-technical users can build quickly a customized application.

Print Report Wizard
Print Report Wizard lets you create quality, professionally looking documents, reports, summaries, lists, and more. You can save any report setting to a template for future reuse.

Print Label Wizard
Print Label Wizard lets you print selected field on any label. There are already templates for almost all American, European Avery, and some other popular label formats. Other label types you can easy define and save for future reuse. Print Label Wizard support the most popular bar code types.

Print Customized Documents
Print Customized Documents function allows printing one or more records using HTML templates. It is a convenient way to print invoices, purchase orders, quotes, letters and other types of mail-merge documents.

Search
The database search function helps you to locate records that contain the piece of data you are looking for. With this software, you are able to locate a piece of text in any field with the capability of moving forward (backward) to the next record filling your search criteria.

Online Search, Auto Cataloging
The Online Search function helps you to locate the web pages that contain the piece of data you are looking for. With this application, you are able to locate a piece of text in databases that are on online search engines. There is also build in search and script language that allows you search online search engines and retrieve structured information (example: search Amazon.com and retrieve book data).

Sort By Any Field
To sort records means to change the order in which the records are displayed and printed. The underlying data structure of the file remains the same: only the way data is being displayed changes. This application uses one-level and two-level sort.

Database Maintenance Features, Protect Your Databases.
Our system comes with various data file utilities. Their purpose is to repair damaged files, backup and restore data, erase all data or selected records, edit lists of choices in user-defined fields, other database maintenance features: delete all or selected records, find and delete duplicates, copy or move selected records from the currently opened database to another database.

Summary Window
A summary of records in the database can give you some insight into distribution of your data. For example, a summary by a Category will tell you how many records there are in each Category. Displaying a Graph can make it easier to grasp the overall picture and uncover trends in your data.

Database Table Viewer
Table Viewer allows you to display and edit your data in columns and rows (tabular format) - like in a spreadsheet. Each row contains information about one item (record). Each column represents one field. In the tabular format you can view or delete multiple records at once. It is also a convenient way to compare or modify multiple records.

Browser Viewer
There is no limit on the number of ways you could display your data in the View Page. The integration of data and the browser gives advanced users unlimited flexibility with adding new custom functionality that already is provided by the Internet.

Specialized Data Fields/Controls
This group of data entry elements will not only speed up the entry process, but also allow you to generate some commands related to the data. Loan Field with easy and quick check-out and check-in functions. Graphical Field with powerful a capture function and support for direct entries from scanners. Combo/List Box with auto-fill option (automatically picks up an element based on the first typed-in characters). Keyword Field with keyword builder, Numeric Data Field with calculator. Date Field with calendar. E-mail Field integrated with e-mail programs.

HTML Wizard
HTML Report Wizard is a tool that generates HTML reports (web pages) from the data file. Without any additional HTML editor you can create a set of linked web pages that can be put immediately on your web server or viewed with your favorite browser. Report (web pages) creation is easy and fast. You can only select a database and fields to be included in the report and press GO push button. Advanced computer users will find many additional functions that give them flexibility in the report creation process. The Organizer's HTML wizard lets you create a set of linked web pages containing anything from simple asset item reports to professionally designed web catalogs.

Reminder
Using Reminder you can set alarm for any record in a database about actions such as modify record, check status of the record, remind about important dates, ... Each reminder is associated with a database record which was selected at the time the reminder was created.

Templates
You can save different settings that you want to reuse. Just define the settings click on the Save push button or select Save item from the corresponding popup menu and enter the template name. Later, when you use the program instead of changing the settings one by one you can change the settings by loading them from the template. Select the template in the Template List. The following settings can be saved in a template: New Record Template, Reports, Export/Import, Labels, Layout on Record Grid, Filters, Field Names, Colors, Database Views.

Customize Display
Extensive options allow you to set your personal preferences. All settings are easily accessible from one page. This application can be customized to suite your needs and preferences. For example: You can select fonts and colors for various elements of the user interface. You can show, hide some elements, or change their position.....

Network, Multi-user
Our database managers can be used on a network in a multi-user environment. Borland Database Engine (BDE) or, more specifically its DBase component, is used for database access.

Database Export & Import
The Import Database Wizard allows you to import data to your database from other database files. The Export Database Wizard allows you to export data from your databases to other database files.

Password Protection
Protect your application with a password, only those who know the password will be able to access your data.

Send Email
Handy Email is a useful utility that allows you to create and send quickly e-mail messages to anyone on the Internet. It's easy to use and fast. Organizer's Handy Email allows you to create email tamplates (invoices, purchase orders, reminders, ..or other mail merege type documents in html form), send emails to one, all, or selected records.

Digital Images
Our software allows you easily and quickly organize and manage all your digital images. You can enter images in several ways: copy and paste images from the Internet, you can use your scanner, you can use load image, or just use capture image function.
