2 Avocados, Peeled + Chopped
1/2 c Raisins
1/2 c Vegetable Oil
1/4 c Lime Juice
1 tb Sugar
1 tb Salt
1/4 tb Freshly Ground Pepper

Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high speed
until smooth, about 45 seconds. Serve with raw vegetables, assorted
