10 oz Noodles or fettucine
1/2 lb Blue cheese (any type)
1/4 c Whipping cream or 1/2 and 1/2
1/4 c Grated parmesan or romano
1 x Fresh ground black pepper

While pasta is cooking in boiling salt water, crumble cheese and mix it
with the cream and pepper. Drain the pasta, and place in a frying pan. Add
the cheese mixture and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve hot with grated
