8 oz Cream Cheese, Room Temp.
1/3 c Raisins Or Currants
1/2 ts Ginger
1/4 ts Salt
2 tb Chutney, Chopped
4 tb Sherry, Medium Dry

Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then work in the raisins or currants,
ginger, salt and chutney. Add the sherry, a T at a time, until the mixture
is of spreading consistency.
