2 md Sweet potatoes
1 1/2 tb Vegetable oil
1/2 ts Coriander
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Ginger powder
1 tb Soy sauce

Wash + scrub potatoes. Cut into sticks + set aside.
Mix together oil + spices. Dip the potatoes into the mixture + spread onto
a cookie sheet. Bake at 400F for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring half way
through cooking.
