1/2 c Orange juice; fresh
1 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Sugar
1 c -Cracked ice

Try this also with peaches, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries or
raspberries.
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute at
medium speed until smooth.
