1 tb Sugar
1/4 ts Ground nutmeg
2 1/2 c Cooked broad noodles
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 c Unsweetened apple juice
1/2 c Raisins
1/4 c Chopped walnuts or pecans

Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add the remaining other ingredients,
except the nuts. Pour into a well oiled 2 qt casserole dish or an 8 inch
baking pan. sprinkle on the nuts. Bake in a 350 F oven for 40 to 50
