14 oz Salmon, drained and flaked
1/2 ts Liquid BBQ Sauce
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 tb Onion, grated
1 tb Lemon Juice
2 ts Horseradish
1/4 ts Salt
1 c Walnuts or Pecans, chopped
1/4 c Fresh Parsley, chopped
directions:
Combine all except nuts and parsley. Shape into a log and roll in the nut
mixture. Serve with crackers.
