Question/Topic: How to insert empty line between data fields?

• Create a backup file: back up one database, back up all databases.
• Start Designer.
• Click Create/Modify Data Fields Layout button.
• Select database and click OK button.

• To save the current layout click Export Layout.
• To load the old layout click Import Layout.
   

Click Import Layout to save the current layout into a template file:

• Decide where you would like to insert empty line.
• Select the field (1). The empty line (space) will be added before the selected data field (PHONE1).
• Click with the right mouse button on the gray area (2).
• Popup menu is displayed, click Add Space (3).
   

Select field, display popup menu, click Add Space:

One space is added, all fields after the space shifted one position further to the right:

Open popup menu and select Add Space again:

Additional space is added, click Save to save a new layout:
