Question/Topic: How to archive old donation transactions?

How to archive all donation transaction:

  • after processing transactions (printing donor tax reports) move old donation transactions to Donations_Log database
  • start Organizer
  • load Donations database
  • on the Advanced menu, click Maintenance

  • in the Database Maintenance window click Move Records

  • select Donations_Log database in the Select Target Database
  • click OK
