Question/Topic: Collection Software, Databases.

On the File menu, click Load Database, databases listed in the Art/Antiques Collection Database Management System are :

Items	Enter information about all your collection items.
Creators	Enter information about creators. Enter creators data before you enter items.
Collections	Enter information about your art collections. Enter collection data before you enter items.
Locations	Enter information about locations. Enter locations data before you enter items.
Contacts	Enter information about all your contacts. Enter galleries, art dealers, collectors, auctions, business contacts, item sources, ... Enter contact data before you enter items.
Documents	entries to this database are created/modified automatically when the document information is entered enter document information in the Items database (select item, click document tab, use Documents table)
Expenses	entries to this database are created/modified automatically when the expense information is entered. enter expense information in the Items database (select item, click financial tab, use Expenses table)

Notes:

• Collection administrator only enters and modifies data in 5 databases: Items, Creators, Collections, Locations, Contacts. Documents and Expenses should be entered in the Items database. It will automatically link entry with the selected item.
• There is no limit on the number of records (items, contacts, creators, ...).
