Question/Topic: How to verify email addresses?
On the
Advanced menu, click
Maintenance.
In the
Database Maintenance window click
Verify Email Addresses.
Select a field in the
Email Field to Verify box. (this field will be verified).
If you want to display (filter) records with valid email addresses click on
Display Valid eMail Addresses button.
If you want to display (filter) records with invalid email addresses click on
Display Invalid eMail Addresses button.
Display Valid or Invalid eMail Addresses feature filters records.
If you want to display all your email list records afterwards right click on the small
Filter Button at the top of the left panel (which says
Normal Filter) and select
All Records.
