Question/Topic: Art Gallery Software, Databases.

On the File menu, click Load Database, databases listed are :

Artists	Enter information about artists and makers. Enter artist information before you enter art items.
ArtWorks	Enter information about all your gallery items.
Contacts	Enter information about all your contacts. Enter customers, art sources (auctions, artists, art dealers, art galleries, ...)
ArtSales	Enter information about all gallery sales.
Expenses	entries to this database are created/modified automatically when the expense information is entered; enter expense information in the ArtWorks database (select art item, click cost tab, use Expenses table)
Documents	entries to this database are created/modified automatically when the document information is entered; enter document information in the ArtWorks database (select art item, click document tab, use Documents table)
Payments	entries to this database are created/modified automatically when the payment information is entered; enter payment information in the ArtSales database (select sale transaction, click payments tab, use Payments table)
ItemsSold	entries to this database are created/modified automatically when the art sale transaction is created; create sale transaction in the ArtSales database

Notes:

• Gallery administrator only enters and modifies data in 4 databases: Artists, ArtWorks, Contact, ArtSales.
• There is no limit on the number of records (art items, contact, artists, makers, art sale transactions).
