Question/Topic: Assigning job, task.

You can assign jobs to a volunteer in 3 ways.

1.Open Jobs database:

  • Select a job/task record.
  • Click Volunteers tab.
  • Double-click with the left mouse button on the Volunteers field to assign a new volunteer to a selected job.

2.Open Volunteers database:

  • Select a volunteer record.
  • Click Jobs tab.
  • Double-click with the left mouse button on the Jobs field to assign a new job to a selected volunteer.

3.Open Placement (Job Assignment) database:

  • Select a volunteer and select a job.
  • Enter additional details
