On the File menu, click Load Database, databases listed in the Volunteer Management Database Management System are :

1_Volunteers	Enter information about all your volunteers.
2_Jobs	Enter information about jobs, tasks, and assignments.
ContactLog	Enter contact activities.
Hours	Records volunteer's hours.
Placement	Assign a job to a volunteer.
