Check In/Out database software solution includes four databases with a minimum number of fields. Those fields are required to process check-in, check-out, and fine processing(optional) transactions.
Databases included:
Items: manage and catalog all items (example: books, equipment, tools, CDs, video tapes, DVDs, or any inventory items...)
Borrowers: manage borrowers, members, patrons, or employees information
Loan Database: view, analyze, search check-in and check-out transactions
Fine Database: manage fine transactions (optional)

BARCODE, character, size: 60 (item bar code)
LOAN, character, size: 1 (specialized field, supports check-in and check-out transactions)

Borrowers database structure:
NAME, character, size: 100 (person name)
ID_BARCODE, character, size: 60 (person bar code)
FINES, character, size: 1 (specialized field, displays items from the Fines database)
DUE, numeric (specialized field, automatically calculates total due amount)
