You can import data from text and xml files. You can easily create formatted text files with delimiters or separators in your spreadsheet application (example: Excel). You can import records to the currently opened table. New records will be appended (merge). Review our help topic on how you can easily transfer your data from the spreadsheet program.

You can export your data to: text file (with the choice of your delimiters and separators), XML file, Excel 2003 XML file, or any format defined with html custom file. You can export all records or only those displayed in the application. Each record without memo fields will be listed in one line. Data fields will be separated from each other by: tabs, commas or another user defined character. Data fields will be optionally delimited by: commas, quotes or another user defined character. Memo (multiline) fields will be delimited by user defined character.
The Print Customized Documents function allows printing and viewing one or more records using an HTML Template. It is a convenient way to print invoices, quotes, letters, or other types of mail-merge documents. Additionally you can use this feature to export data into a text file. The HTML template is a pre-built file composed of text content and keywords that represent data fields. You can create text files with the data content from Organizer Advantage in any form.
