Software requests:
I have downloaded free trial versions of your book library software; Small Library Organizer Pro, Church Library Organizer Pro and Simple Library Organizer Pro. I'm in the mist of evaluating these pieces of your work. Our school is a Christian one with grades K-12. Our two libraries one for K-6 and the one contain a number of books, videos and other material number much less than 2,000 items. The part time librarian has intermediate computer experience. My wife and I would buy the software necessary to establish this library. Of course we would like buy the product we need as low as possible. The price paid would depend on the software selected, etc. With all the information suggested so far, what version of your library software would be appropriate for our school to use. Include in your reply its cost.
Setting up book library

Just for the record I am a librarian for the City of Cape Town, working with huge City wide libraries and to a lesser degree Regional & Community libraries, and thus have a fair expectation of what to expect from software for smaller libraries, ie our Church Library. It would be unfair of me to expect the same functionality used in all our public libraries for this library software, except the two functions I did mention and have now been implemented. I do consider the financial outlay of your software a worthwhile investment, when I went searching on the internet for software to use in our Church Library, yours was the first I stumbled upon, also you offered a 30 day no questions asked money back guarantee, which drew my attention, and I happy that I did specify why I wanted refund, as it led to a totally happy client and even more so with the support received (although we are separated by a vast expanse of water and on two continents) good customer support is vital these day and not often found. I also noticed that there were available on the internet cheaper library software options, but without having tried them I am not certain that they would have lived up to the calibre of your software. I wish you well in going forward and in all your further developments of your software.

Middle school without a library system. We are looking to implement a checkout system with an ISBN scanner. Eventually we will have a school with 600 students and a couple hundred books. We need to manage the circulation of the materials and track who has them.

Prison system needs a library automation system that is not web-based as there is no internet access in the libraries. We are not using any software. We want to implement a basic, non web-based library system that can organize and manage our recreational reading and video collections and keep track all items.

We are a business consulting firm and need an information system that will allow us to organize our office document library. We want to enter general information about documents (title, category, subject, author, barcode number, short description #). We want to track who has what.

A small school with nearly about 200 kids. I have a very old library system, 40 years old. I want to restructure and upgrade our library database. I am looking for a reasonably inexpensive library solution. We need this for Windows.

Our Training center is looking for a small library database solution. Looking for an inexpensive catalog system. I would like to allow employees to check - in and check - out books themselves. I would like to have a software system that supports the following: barcode printing, barcode scanning, simple self-service check-in/check-out. We would also like to connect the software with our active directory. Employees scan their id badge and then scan the book barcode to check-in or check- out a book.

I need a quote on how much would it costs to implement a library software for 4 high schools. Are the yearly costs. It should include: Library and Textbook Managers (with Media support), Asset Manager, Barcodes and Labels.

I am advising libraries all over the UK, and I started using your product about 2 years ago, in a library I reopened that closed in the 1990's. I have now taken over the running of three libraries in Leiwsham (SE London) and now are advising libraries.
I manage a private corporate library. The collection is currently managed using an outdated version of Inmagic. I am interested in Organizer Pro because I want an application that can run on our network so all my patrons can search the collection from their own workstations. What are the options for uploading our existing catalog into Organizer Pro? Lynne P.
