Installing a template in Organizer Advantage

In order to utilize any database template, you must have our Organizer Advantage application for Windows. If you don't have Organizer Advantage, please select one, download it, and proceed with the template installation: Organizer Advantage

Guidelines for installing a template in Organizer Advantage

1. After downloading the template file, locate it in the Windows Downloads folder using Windows File Explorer. Open the folder to review its content.

2. Launch Organizer Advantage and navigate to the Templates tab. Select Install Template, then select the Downloads folder. Pick the template file and click Open.

3. The template will generate a new database. Provide a name for your database and review the final message.

4. The new database with the new table is active. You can review sample records and enter your data.

Guidelines for managing new templates in Organizer Advantage

1. After you evaluate a new template, you can keep it in the newly created database or move it to the Main database.

2. The Main database loads when Organizer Advantage starts. Keep the most frequently used tables in the Main database.

3. You can copy tables from one database to another. To copy a table into the Main database, load this database.

4. The Main database is loaded. On the Templates tab, click Copy Table.

5. Select the Copy From Database. Select the table you would like to copy. Enter the table name. Click Copy Table. The new empty table is created in the Main database.

This will allow you to familiarize yourself with the process of managing newly installed solutions and help you understand how to evaluate, move, and copy tables between databases.
