I have downloaded free trial versions of your book library software; Small Library Organizer Pro,
Church Library Organizer Pro and Simple Library Organizer Pro. I'm in the mist of evaluating these pieces of
your work. Our school is a Christian one with grades K-12. Our two libraries one for K-6 and the one contain
a number of books, videos and other material number much less than 2,000 items. The part time librarian has
intermediate computer experience. My wife and I would buy the software necessary to establish this library.
Of course we would like buy the product we need as low as possible. The price paid would depend on the software
selected, etc. With all the information suggested so far, what version of your library software would be appropriate
for our school to use. Include in your reply its cost.

Our non profit organization, with a small budget, needs an in-house program to organize our library.
We have a collection of about 4000 books and dvds. There will be about 200 library users. We are looking for the
following functionality of the system: OPAC, circulation, reports, track patrons, run inventory, easy to use.
We use Windows.
OPAC,
library search module
Track patrons
Library inventory, audit
Prison system needs a library automation system that is not web-based as there is
no internet access in the libraries. We are not using any software. We want to implement a basic, non web-based library system that
can organize and manage our recreational reading and video collections and keep track all items.

We want to barcode scanning, self-check out option, and have an online catalog.

We are a business consulting firm and need an information system that will allow us to
organize our office document library. We want to enter general information about documents (title, category,

Received grant money to set up entire new library system. This is for non-profit organization.
My requirements are: move data, check out books, list inventory of books.
We need an inventory catalog, we want to organize our media library.
Need a searchable database with barcodes for checkout, and easy to add new media items
articles, press releases, dvds, tapes, articles, magazines, etc.) We want password protected
and set different access levels to users and employees. Easy to use so employees should be able
to use. Track item location and category. Run some reports.
I am with the Missouri Local Technical Assistance Program. We are wanting to organize all of our literature
and make it available to our clients. We originally thought a library system would work but we need the
ability to track the quantity of each booklet, CD, DVD, etc. that we have. Another issue is that not all
of the material in intend on coming back, and once that item is gone we need our inventory to reflect
that change. We also need the ability to use a bar scanner with the system. Is there any one of your programs
that is best suited for our needs?
Textbook Library System (track by quantities)
I manage a private corporate library. The collection is currently managed using
an outdated version of Inmagic. I am interested in Organizer Pro because I want
an application that can run on our network so all my patrons can search the collection
from their own workstations.
What are the options for uploading our existing catalog into Organizer Pro? Lynne P.
