We are a business consulting firm and need an information system that will allow us to
organize our office document library. We want to enter general information about documents (title, category,
subject, author, barcode number, short description #). We want to track who has what.

We are a small non-profit organization. We are looking for inventory system to track our school library.
There are about 100 students and 10 staff members. We have a collection of 3000- 4000 books. We need scanning device.

I manage a private corporate library. The collection is currently managed using
an outdated version of Inmagic. I am interested in Organizer Pro because I want
an application that can run on our network so all my patrons can search the collection
from their own workstations.
What are the options for uploading our existing catalog into Organizer Pro? Lynne P.

We need to catalogue a small corporate library. It should run on the company server and be
accessed from the company ten workstations. The system should support our data fields. Customization is required.
Would like to import data from other library. I want to input the identification numbers that we are using in our
current book database.

Our Training center is looking for a small library database solution.
Looking for an inexpensive catalog system. I would like to allow employees to check - in and check -
out books themselves. I would like to have a software system that supports the following: barcode printing,
barcode scanning, simple self-service check-in/check-out. We would also like to connect the software with our
active directory. Employees scan their id badge and then scan the book barcode to check-in or check- out a book.

We are in the process of cataloging data into excel for the various print pieces that we've produced
over the last 25 years. Initial estimate is 8,000 pieces. We plan to import this data and import it into a database,
and create a corporate library that users can use as resource to locate, review and check out/in the items for use.
We also want to be able to track all items. Your product seems appropriate for this use. We have two questions:
1) Is it possible to arrange an on-site (or online) demonstration of the product?
2) Could you refer us to any current users of this software, so we can talk about their
experience with the software?
Several our corporate libraries look for the automation systems with: library inventory, catagorized
loan periods, check in and check out, subscription management, email overdue notices.
Our corporate library is looking for the system that will help us with: maintaining training materials with multiple
quantities, having the ability to catalogue data, central access, categorizing, indexing, check-in and check-out features.
