14. Backup data, maintenance
There is a set of useful functions that allow you to protect your asset databases. Use this feature for the following actions: backup your asset database, restore database, edit list boxes, display database activity log, find duplicates, ..
You can have two asset databases (track assets by city or track assets by status, ...), you can easily move asset records between those databases using database maintenance features.
