How to access library data from 3 different locations?

My engineering company has trialled Handy Library Manager and would like to install the program on our server. Our company has around 90 employees located within 3 states in Australia. Obviously all 90 employees wouldn't need to use the Library at the same time so what is our best option to allow everyone to access the program through our server?

To allow everyone to access the main program (Library Administrator) that supports data entry and editing you need the cloud version of the program.

To allow everyone to access only the search module you have to configure Library Web Search module on your server computer (web server), and install regular version of the program on the server.
