Can the system email the user saying that the item needs to be returned?

I am looking to purchase the application but I am evaluating the software now. We are looking to primarily manage assets in our IT department that users can borrow, for example: laptops, projectors, Verizon MIFI. My question is, once items are due to return, can the system email the user saying that the item needs to be returned?

The administrator of the program can review check out transactions in the Manage Loans, and he/she can send emails from the program to all or selected borrowers. There is a flexible filter/search function that let you select borrowers based on the due-date conditions (example, select borrowers that have due date is less than 5 days, select borrowers with assets that are overdue. )

Hello, we are trying to set up a searchable library database for our archived videotapes. I have been playing with your 30 day trial and think it works great especially since we can barcode each tape and keep better track of them when they are taken from the library. I am trying to compile what this would cost for my bosses. We have a news bureau of about 100 people. veryone would need to be able to search and then request a tape. There would only be about 5 people overseeing the library itself. It would be awesome if people could search the library on their mobile phones. So, what do you recommend?
