Data Entry Pages

The Data Layout/Entry pages allow you to define or modify the layout of the data entry controls on one or more data pages.

How to create data entry layout:

• Select data fields by clicking on the data field check boxes on the left side of the field list (1).
• Depending on the data field type you will be given a set of data entry controls (2) to select from. For example, if the data field is of type Text you have to select one of the following data entry controls: Simple Text, Combo Box, Graphic, Auto-Incrementing, Email, Mask Edit, Web Browser, Attachment.
• The selected control is automatically placed on the form (3).
• When your page is full you can create a new page for your data entry controls by clicking on the Add Page button.

Select data fields by clicking on the data field check boxes on the left side of the field list.

Depending on the data field type you will be given a set of data entry controls to select from.

The selected control is automatically placed on the form.

You can rename page names.

To rename the page name, enter a new name into the page name box and click the Update Name button.

How to move data control?

To move the data control click on the control box. Hold the mouse button, move the control to a new position, release the mouse button.

You can move the group of controls. Select the group, click on any control, hold the mouse button, move the group to a new position, release the mouse button.

You can move the control by one pixel. Select the control and use CTRL-Arrow keys to move it by one pixel.
