I have been very happy with everything that I have seen so far, and I would like to purchase the program while you are converting my data.
I have one more question. I would like to be able to add custom categories and to be able to do a mail merge and print letters or envelopes from those look-ups. I think that this is all possible from looking at the manual, but I just want to make sure.
I used to create letters and envelopes with my old program and I would like to be able to do it in the new program.
I don't know at this point if it would be easier for me to try and change the spreadsheet, or just enter the zip codes manually when the database is set up, but I definitely need it on the design window. Thank you so much for catching that!
Will this letter, when it is finalized, be able to be used with a mail merge so I can write it once, and send it to all of our customers at once? Will you also be providing detailed instructions for that?
Also, is it possible to just tag certain contacts to do a mailing, or does it have to be a search result? Sometimes I want to send the same letter to certain customers, but not all of them.
