A* Small Library database has a complete set of fields, enabling you to catalog a wide range of information (books, cds, dvds,..): title, author, type, co-authors, publisher, place published, publish date, series name, volume, edition, category, reading level, format, location, editor, illustrator, pages, physical description, condition, call number, dewey number, lccn, isbn, issn, upc, barcode, price, purchase date, value, subjects, notes, summary, user fields, several user fields and more.
B* Church Library database has a complete set of fields, enabling you to catalog a wide range of information (books, cds, dvds,..). The solution contains the same set of fields as in A*. Some data fields are predefined for Church Library (1. Selection CATEGORY field already includes values useful for church libraries, 2. custom datafields have predefined labels: DonatedBy, InMemoryOf).
C* Simple Library database has a basic set of fields, enabling you to catalog your library materials in a fast way (books, cds, dvds,..): title, author, type, co-authors, category, location, subjects, physical description, condition, call number, dewey_lccn, isbn_UPC number, barcode number, notes.
D* Music Library database has a complete set of fields, enabling you to catalog a wide range of music related information (mainly cds): title, genre, label, released, media type, details, rating, comments, artist, artists, conductor, conductors, composer, composers, orchestra, more, tracks, subjects, description, call number, upc, barcode, location, condition, status, weblink, purchase date, price, value, user fields, notes, and more.
E* Movie Library database has a complete set of fields, enabling you to catalog a wide range of movie related information (mainly dvds, video tapes, movie cds): title, genre, studio, released, media type, running time, details, actor, actors, director, directors, creators, subjects, description, call number, upc, barcode, location, condition, status, weblink, purchase date, price, value, user fields, notes, and more.
F* Check In/Out database has only required fields that support check in (return) and check out (loan) transactions. This system is offered for advanced users who want to build customized library solution (Document Library System, Specialized Library Inventory System, Media Inventory/Tracking System, ...)
