Asset Organizer Pro is a flexible asset management software for Windows users. Our software gives you an easy way to catalog, manage, and track all your company's fixed assets. For the database novice, Organizer's intuitive interface and ready-to-use asset management solutions make it easy to set up and use. For the power user, Organizer affords the simplicity of wizards that make it easy to set up and use asset item management solutions that you create.

Asset software solution includes databases:

• Assets : Complete database template that allows you to maintain and organize asset information.
• Employees : Complete database template that gives you an easy way to catalog, manage, and track all your employees. This database is used with CHECKIN/OUT functionality of the program.
• Manufacturers : Complete database template that gives you an easy way to catalog, manage, and track all your manufacturers.
• Vendors : Complete database template that gives you an easy way to catalog, manage, and track all your vendors.
• Maintenance Log : Complete database template that gives you an easy way to catalog, manage, and track all your asset activities (maintenance, repair, relocation,... ).
• Maintenance Staff : Complete database template that gives you an easy way to catalog, manage, and track all your maintenance staff.
• Loan Log : Complete database template that gives you an easy way to catalog, manage, and track all your loan (check in/out) transactions.

The package has a separate module called Designer. With Designer you can modify Asset solution or you can build your own.
