What is our definition of a small library?

  • The library has a limited budget, less than $350 for simple installation, less than $700 for network installation.
  • The library has limited Information Technology resources (computers, web access, IT personnel). Lack of knowledge of how to implement an advanced web library system.
  • A library administrator will be a volunteer or person without a degree in library science. Very often, the library will be operated by one person temporarily.
