I need a system that will keep inventory (what is on hand and what is loaned out) and check items in and out in quantities. The fine option also looked interesting in your check-in/check-out system. Drivers are permitted to keep the equipment as long as they need but if any equipment is missing when they return the equipment they are charged replacement cost of the missing equipment.

We have a multimedia center and looking for a software to track video and audio equipment. We want our students to check it in and out. There are about 1,000 pieces of equipment. We will need to print barcode labels and tag all items. We want to track/manage,  check-in/check-out of the equipment. The type of equipment includes cameras, tripods, projectors, speakers, audio recorders, microphones etc. Good support is a must. We need to track repairs/maintenance of the equipment.

We have small equipment room (700 items). We loan equipment to students (200) each semester. We are looking for an efficient way of checking out and tracking our equipment. There are about 2000 transactions. I would like to have a system that can record all of this information. Preferably could even have bar-code capability, barcode scanning, barcode labels.
How to check in/out?

I have tried a couple of your products, Equipment Tracker and Stockroom Organizer Pro. I like both of these products. I like features of both if I could combine them it would be great. What I am looking for is software that allows one person to enter inventory and keep up with the amount of inventory. It also need to allow other people to remove inventory by scanning the product but does not allow them to add any inventory. I also need to be able to generate barcodes and print labels as well as reports .Do you have anything like this? IF you do I would love to try it.

We are a trucking company and we have equipment such as load bars, furniture pads, pallet jacks etc... that our drivers check out for a load then return when they are finished with the equipment. I thought that your check- in/check-out would be ideal for this but there is no place that I can find that allows for a quantity. Drivers for example may check out 50 furniture pads and 10 load bars for a load they are going to be doing. The only way I see to do this in the check-in/check-out system is to "LOAN" each piece of equipment one piece at a time.
