I am looking at your products (Check In/Out Organizer Pro and Small Library Organizer or Equipment/Tool Organizer Pro) for possible use in our Skills Lab at our College of Nursing. I have one question about the Check I/Out Organizer Pro program. Does this program have capability to reserve equipment ahead of the checkout time?
We need an inventory catalog, we want to organize our media library. Need a searchable database with barcodes for checkout, and easy to add new media items articles, press releases, dvds, tapes, articles, magazines, etc.) We want password protected and set different access levels to users and employees. Easy to use so employees should be able to use. Track item location and category. Run some reports.
Hello, I work at the Film School in the Equipment room. We have tons of equipment for the students and we were looking for a check in\out software to use. I was looking at your equipment/tool organizer pro v2.8 software and just wanted to know if that was the best for us. We have kits with several different items, our loss to replace ratio isn't instant so does the software allow let say, scan the sound kit all items are listed but the headphones aren't there can we make notes or check it off so when it is retuned we know that the student didn't lose them? Also Our students have id cards with a barcode on it, could we use those with your system? Hope all this makes sense. Thank you.
Another issue is that not all of the material in intend on coming back, and once that item is gone we need our inventory to reflect that change. We also need the ability to use a bar scanner with the system. Is there any one of your programs that is best suited for our needs?

We just got a computer and a barcode scanner. We want to do: barcoding, a scanner, the ability to scan employees and tool labels for check-in and -out, run year end inventory, print inventory catalogue.
Our non profit organization, with a small budget, needs an in-house program to organize our tool library (donated by members). We have a collection of about 200 tools. There will be about 50 tool library users. We are looking for the following functionality of the system: search, circulation, reports, track borrowers, run inventory, easy to use. We use Windows.
