Easily manage your business inventories:
I am working as a chief admin in a small-medium business company. We have 100 strength employee and over 500 items in our inventory. I seek your recommendation to which software your good company offer to store database of employee records and items in the inventory. The database should be able to store images, in this case the employees photo for identification and photos of the inventory items. The software should in one page, show each employees particulars and the other, items in the inventory with other information such as date of purchase, brand, model no.. Etc. I hope I am clear in my request and you would be able to assist me the right software to use.
I am trying to find an inventory program for my business. Basically, I have 5 locations where we have large supplies of Medical equipment that need to be inventoried and also checked out for repair. I want to keep track of all 5 locations. I was looking at your "Equipment Tracker Pro V2.8". Would this be the right program. Plus I would be installing it on my laptop to be able to move from location to location and would like to be able to email information from this software.
I have tried a couple of your products, Equipment Tracker and Stockroom Organizer Pro. I like both of these products. I like features of both if I could combine them it would be great. What I am looking for is software that allows one person to enter inventory and keep up with the amount of inventory. It also need to allow other people to remove inventory by scanning the product but does not allow them to add any inventory. I also need to be able to generate barcodes and print labels as well as reports .Do you have anything like this? IF you do I would love to try it.
I am looking at your products (Check In/Out Organizer Pro and Small Library Organizer or Stockroom Organizer or Equipment/Tool Organizer Pro) for possible use in our Skills Lab at our College of Nursing. I have one question about the Check I/Out Organizer Pro program. Does this program have capability to reserve equipment ahead of the checkout time?
