How to Transfer Organizer Advantage to a New Computer

Here's a clear five-step guide for transferring Organizer Advantage and all associated databases to a new computer:

  1. Install Organizer Advantage on the new computer.
  2. On the old computer, create a full backup that includes both the database and the data folder. (Run Backup Database + Data Folder).
  3. Move two files created by the backup procedure to a corresponding backup folder on the new computer.
  4. Run Restore Data Folder on the new computer.
  5. Run Restore Database on the new computer.
