Open main inventory table. Select the item (1).

Click the Maintenance tab (2) to access maintenance scheduling commands.

You can set the next maintenance date manually by entering date value into Item Next Maint. Date box (3). Click Set Next Maint. Date (4) to save it.

Click Set Schedule (5) to define daily, weekly, monthly, yearly maintenance days. When maintenance transaction is entered the next maintenance date is calculated automatically.

Select date in the calendar. Click Save Next Cal. Date (1) to set the calibration date manually.

Save Next Cal. Date for All Items (2). It will set the next calibration date for all instances (copies) of the selected equipment.

To clear the next calibration date click Clear Next Cal. Date (3).

To clear for all copies click Clear Next Cal. Date for All Items (4).

To clear the next calibration date for all displayed inventory click Clear Next Cal. Date for All Inventory (5).
