We offer free assistance to new users who have recently purchased our software. If your data is not too complex, does not require extensive cleaning, and contains around 20 data fields, we will transfer it for you at no cost. We can also create a custom solution within our software and transfer your data accordingly.

What is data cleaning?
The cleaning process requires reviewing your data, defining correct formats, and removing characters that cause issues with data transfer.

Very often, users enter information from other sources with extra characters. For example, if you copy the text from the website, by doing this, you can copy many invisible characters (new line character, tab character, special characters, other language-specific characters).

Spreadsheet applications format the display of cells, and the formatting can create problems in the final file. For example, the date field in the form "09/23/2025" could be represented as "Sep, 23, 2025" text. The ISBN number 9789295055025 can be represented as 9.7893E+12 (exponential form).
