Select technician or company that is responsible for maintenance.

Select item(s) for maintenance.

Click Check Out.

Items in the inventory are marked as loaned out for maintenance.

To select items/technicians you can enter or scan barcodes, or use selection boxes.

You can set the default technician barcode number in the Options (if one person or company is responsible for maintenance). Technician or company will be selected automatically in the Maintenance Check Out window.
