Do we have to re-purchase the whole software if our computer crashes?

I work with a resource center in a park and am so far pleased with the free trial of the product that we have used so far. As we look into purchasing options, I wanted to inquire about your user packages. I know the most basic package is 1 user, 1 PC. Our computers here are not always the most reliable. If one crashed or broke, and we had the 1 user, 1 PC package, would we need to re-purchase the whole software to put it on a new computer?

You do not have to re-purchase the software. We will provide you with a new package assuming it is the same version. If there is a new version of the software you will have to purchase an upgrade to receive the latest version of the software.
