I am thinking of purchasing your Handy Library Manager programme but have a few queries.

I am thinking of purchasing your Handy Library Manager programme but have a few queries. Could you help me with these please?
1. Is it possible to directly enter books on to the system that do not have an ISBN number? I understand that you can import but I want to know if books can be entered without first putting the data in to an excel or word file.
Who owns the data once it is in the programme? If we ever decided to move to another system could we transport the data?
Is it possible to view an already functioning online catalogue to see how the system handles multi-volume publications and magazines and how it handles incomplete sets, bound volumes containing separate publications etc. Could we add special notes regarding binding, provenance etc.
What costs are there for your email help support service?

You can directly enter books into the system that do not have an ISBN number.

The library data is stored on your computer and you own it. You can easily transport the data to another system. See our guide on how to transport the library data.

Multivolume publications, magazines, sets, and bound volumes you can handle in the library copy feature. There are many extra data field that you can use to enter binging, provenance information.
