Small not-for profit library, system: Windows 7

I am setting up a library in my local not-for profit organisation as it is sorely needing a functional system to keep track of everything that is happening. There is around 50 people using the library at any time (this number and patrons often change) and around 5000 items that can be easily searched through. We need to be able to control how many items each patron has at a time while tracking their borrowing history and alerting us when these items are overdue. What package would you suggest?

Handy Library Manager is the product you should try. Learn more about packages that we offer for not-for profit organizations (there is discount for the network license, unlimited license costs only $200 extra).

Our system is used by many organizations with the similar number of patrons and library holdings. You can review library feedback from our users.

Items can be easily searched in the main application, desktop, and web search modules.

Manage loan window gives you answers who has what, lists overdue items, displays the history of all loans.

You should consider the following:
1. not for network use: 404.95

2. network, unlimited use one location: 604.95
