Genealogical society is looking for a library system, how to import data?

Our society is considering purchasing Handy Library Manager for our Genealogy Library. We feel it would be worthwhile purchasing the program on CD as well as downloading it. Is there an extra cost for that? I notice on your website that you provide a free service to evaluate and import data from another program into Handy Library Manager. Could you please advise me as to what files I would need to provide you with to do this? There are approx. 3300 items in our catalogue.

The cost is following: Handy Library Manager: $345.00 (479.55 Australian $), Support (optional, yearly); add: $59.95 (83.33), Unlimited Computer/User/Network License (optional); add: $200.00 (278.00), CDROM delivery (optional): $8
Our program supports import from files in the following form: Excel spreadsheet, Text file data delimited/separated, MARC. Please provide the file in any of the above formats and we will process the transfer.

Do you sell card catalogue software? At the library, we are organizing the genealogy collection of the library and would like to put this collection on a card catalogue software. This card catalogue software would be totally independent of the main library card catalogue system. Since the books of the genealogy collection cannot be checked out, there will be no need to have on this software a place for patron's names or what books have been checked out. Since the library purchases books and materials using their main card catalogue system, there is no need on this software for purchasing materials. We are looking for a card catalogue software with nothing else on it except the search engine that can be used for the genealogy collection. Do you sell just a card catalogue software? If you do, what is the cost on this software? If you do not, do you know of a company that does?
