Number Of Tables
There is no limit to the number of tables you can have within a single database. However, as the list of tables grows,
selecting the desired table can take longer. We recommend grouping tables into separate databases - by business category, user, or
subject - to optimize organization and performance.
PIM Sample
In this installation, several personal information databases are present.
The most frequently used tables are in the Main database (Contacts, Notes, Recipes, Storage, Web Sites),
while tables accessed less than once a month are kept in separate databases.
Customer Management Sample
For our business, we use Advantage Organizer to manage customer data. We organize customers by the current month, then by the current year,
the past 10 years, and more than 10 years. This structure has proven practical, as it enables us to quickly find information such as program name,
version number, and license details when clients contact us. The Move Records feature allows us to easily transfer records between databases.
